I help independent, creative, forward-thinking individuals who would like to be free of food cravings and health problems caused by underlying inflammation such as joint pain, fatigue, and digestive problems.
I will help you strike a healthy balance in your life: food, family, work, play; to achieve your health goals, to naturally avoid cravings, and to have the real energy you seek.
I don't chase symptoms such as digestive problems, joint pain, and fatigue, but I get to the root cause and identify imbalances in the body that are preventing optimal function.

About Me
I began my Nutrition Consultant Career with Hawthorn University, graduating summa cum laude.
I am a professional member of The National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) and in 2018 became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, a credential which demonstrates that I have achieved the highest level of professional recognition in the holistic nutrition industry.
I also had the pleasure of working with Julia Ross at NNTI, learning all about amino acid therapy for mood and food cravings.
Most recently I studied with Restorative Wellness Solutions, and am now a RWS Clinical Mastery Graduate. Through RWS I have access to cutting- edge lab testing, from blood work to gut health to genetics testing, and many more. Now rather than chasing symptoms, I can look for root cause solutions. Without testing, it is merely guessing.
I am so excited that I have this testing to offer to my clients, to determine specific needs to be corrected based on the information received. With the results we can then target the root problems with specific protocols.

We begin our relationship with a complimentary 30-minute call to find out what you for from a nutrition professional and to determine if we are a good fit.
Next Steps
Now that we have decided we are a good match, our next step to start with some in-dept questionnaires, interviews, and food journaling to determine where you are currently.
Our initial visit is a 90-minute consultation. We will determine a plan of action and recommendations for food, lifestyle, basic supplementation and any test that are needed to move forward.
Determining What Testing is Beneficial for You
Based on information from you on the intake form, and our initial consultation, we move forward with the initial tests: The GI Map, a stool test, because it all starts in the gut and with your digestion. Also the MRT test, a blood test to determine what foods are causing an inflammatory response in your body. And third, a very comprehensive blood test which will also give us very important data.
